While on an investigation, please accept that we have kindly been invited to the site, and therefore treat all property with care while there.

1. Please take care of property and the teams equipment if you are using it. Breakages have to be paid for by team members.

2. Please act in a responsible manner while on an investigation.

3. Try not to scream and run about while on an investigation, it may disrupt others from what they are trying to do. We are not 'Most haunted' People who act in this manner may be asked to leave the area.

4. If you feel that you are affected by anything during an investigation, please tell another team member, who can escort you from the area if you wish. It is better to do this than get so frightened you may disrupt an ongoing investigation.

5. Please be quiet while an investigation is in progress, excess noise will ruin any sound recordings that are being made.

6. If there is anything you are unsure of, please ask a team member.

7. No one under the age of 16yrs of age is allowed on the investigations.

8. We are here to investigate possible psychic / spiritual events, please accept that others beliefs may differ from your own. Please keep an open mind.

9. Anyone found to be purposely falsifying evidence may be asked to leave the investigation, and possibly the team.

10. Mobile phones are to be switched off while on an investigation, they can affect digital recordings.

11. Donations to the running of the team are welcomed, these will be used for running costs of the website, and the purchase of new equipment used by the team.

12. Please be aware that if nothing is detected or recorded during an investigation, it does not mean there is no paranormal activity on the site. It may just mean that it is the wrong night / time of year/ or the conditions are not favourable
