Sensing Murder is a paranormal program that's filmed in Australia and, in recent seasons, New Zealand. In the program two mediums are chosen from a wide selection to investigate unsolved murders to see if they can give the police new leads. The Mediums are not told where they are going or given any information, they are given either a picture or a possession of the victim and they have to go from there. They are taken there on separate days and are filmed constantly, there not even allowed to leave the hotel room unless they are being taken to the location which they actually have to instruct the drivers to as there not even given that information.
As the seasons have gone on there seems to be only three mediums now, Deb Webber, Sue Nicholson and Kelvin Cruickshank, they are all very talented, but Deb Webber is by far my favourite of the bunch, when they started to film in New Zealand, a place that Deb Webber had never visited, she seemed to know where everything was right down to the street names.
The only problem I find with the program is that they only spend one day investigating the murder, I think they should stay on the trail until the mediums feel there is nothing left to find. Also they have very strange privacy laws in Australia so sometimes they may come up with a lead, such as they may think the killer worked at a certain hospital and even though they have there name they are not allowed to check the hospital records, which would frustrate the hell out of me. Also they never actually do a follow up program to show if any of there leads have actually helped to solve any of these crimes, which I think would be very interesting.
